Job Description  Symsra Edge is looking for dynamic, results-driven Business Development Associates (B2B Sales) to help expand our reach in the online education sector.

The role involves building partnerships with offline coaching centres, educational institutions, training academies, and other B2B partners who can benefit from Symsra Edge’s competitive exam preparation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with coaching centres, institutes, and education partners.
• Present Symsra Edge’s products, features, and partnership opportunities.
• Build strong business relationships and generate new partnership leads.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into active partners.
• Support onboarding and coordination with partnered institutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and growth targets.
• Share market feedback to help improve business strategy.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, education sales, edtech sales, or institutional sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with coaching centres and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client interactions.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in edtech, coaching centre partnerships, institutional sales, or academic product sales will be an advantage.
